Principal

Shan has worked in finance for more than 23 years, the last 15 in the not-for-profit sector. He holds a degree in Business Studies (Massey University, NZ) and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants.

David Selvendra AUG16David Selvendra
Business Services Manager

David has more than 18 years’ experience in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, including eight years in senior management roles. He has extensive experience in finance, accounting, business development, and client account management. David holds an MBA (University of Central Queensland) and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

Peter Klein
Accountant

Peter has experience in the commercial and professional services sectors, having worked in a Big 4 Accounting firm and in an ASX 200 company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.

Alex Lek
Accountant

Alex has 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance, the past 15 years working for ASX-listed companies in Perth. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is also a member of CPA Australia.

Dawn Cross
Senior Bookkeeper

Dawn has over 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping, payroll and customer service, both in the United Kingdom and Australia. She is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Certificate IV in Accounting.

Cherie Bush
Accounts Coordinator

Cherie is originally from the Northern Territory and grew up in Katherine. Her father is from East Arnhem Land and her mother is from the Daly River Community. She has several years’ experience in bookkeeping and customer service. Cherie plans to undertake tertiary study in Accounting and eventually become a certified Accountant.

Blessings Hakata
Accounts Assistant

Blessings holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and, prior to joining Kimberley Business Support in 2015, had worked for several years as an Assistant Accountant in another not-for-profit organisation.  Blessings goal for the future is to become a qualified CPA Accountant.
